After the company holidays, the M&P Environmental Technology GmbH – Member of the SIERA Alliance – We started the new year together in a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The start of the year was characterised by togetherness and offered a great opportunity to get together again after the time off work.
Joint breakfast in Heidelberg
To kick things off, the team from M&P Umwelttechnik GmbH – a member of the SIERA Alliance – met for breakfast together in a café in Heidelberg. The cosy atmosphere provided the perfect setting for this special morning.
The lovingly prepared buffet left nothing to be desired and offered something to suit every taste:

- Classic breakfast offers
Whether vegetarian, vegan or classic – everyone found something to their taste and got their money’s worth.
With coffee, fresh bread rolls and lots of little treats, the start to the day was a real pleasure and an invitation to linger.
Reunion with former colleagues
A particular highlight was the reunion with former colleagues who are now enjoying their well-earned retirement.
The joy was clearly noticeable. There was a lot of laughter, stories and extensive dialogue. Old memories were recalled, joint projects reflected on and new stories from retirement shared.
These encounters showed once again how valuable the years spent together at the M&P Environmental Technology GmbH– Member of the SIERA Alliance and how strong the bond remains even after active working hours.
Team spirit and motivation for the new year
The cosy get-together created a thoroughly positive atmosphere and strengthened the sense of community within the team.
Around midday, the group slowly made their way back after a few relaxing hours. With fresh motivation, plenty of good conversations and a tangible team spirit, the group then started their day-to-day work together.
This successful start to the year will certainly be remembered for a long time to come and forms a strong basis for a successful year.
